Audition for the Altarena Playhouse

The Altarena Playhouse holds open auditions for all of our productions. Auditions are usually held 3-4 months prior to the show’s opening date.

The Altarena casts non-Equity actors. Rehearsals are usually held weeknights and weekend days at the Altarena Playhouse in Alameda. Performances are held on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm.
